Our son had same day surgery and this by far is the cleanest hospital I have ever been in. Organized, efficient, and the most respectful and kind staff. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

The nurses and doctors were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated quickly. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

Ended up going to the ER for a severe gout problem, was seen less than an hour. It took a couple more hours for medicine to be administered and x-ray performed, but I definitely feel better when I got discharged. Treated everyone with respect on my way in & out, overall a great experience. The nurses and doctors were cool and very helpful 🤙

I want to share my review to offer a different perspective on this hospital, based on my personal experience. I must admit that I arrived terrified after reading so many negative comments, but my experience was the complete opposite: beautiful, incredible, and perfect. They cared for me and supported me at all times, took care of my baby with dedication, and accompanied me through every step of this very special process. I was fortunate to have a wonderful nurse who never left my side. All the staff were kind, compassionate, professional, and above all, truly human. Thanks to them, my stay was sweet and comforting. At this hospital, I became a mother for the first time, and I will always be deeply grateful for how they made this experience so special. PS: I am not referring to the Emergency Department, that is a separate matter. My review is only about my labor, postpartum, and this overall experience.

I came in for an emergency visit with the labor and delivery unit. It’s my first visit here and it’s been an amazing experience. Other reviews of Bach kinda scared me but the L&D unit is beyond awesome. Nurse Kimberly and Dr. Diaz are so amazing and are extremely attentive to my concerns and questions. Other mothers I’ve spoken to all say the L&D unit is amazing and I can now tell you it’s true from my experience.

Visited for the first time today because we're new on base. Navigating the hospital is a little overwhelming but everyone we spoke to was so kind! The pediatrician clinic was very efficient and the doctors/nurses were so sweet! Radiology was also extremely pleasant and efficient. There is even a kind woman sitting by the exit saying God bless you to EVERY single person that leaves. How could you hate that?!

I know people who have had negative experiences here and I have as well in the past. I just want to say that since the last time I came in 2023 it has changed drastically. I went to the ER yesterday was in and out in less than 2 hours and the employees were phenomenal. They were all kind, smiling and respectful. That was honestly the best ER experience ive had in my entire life. I was very surprised. Thank you so much!

Phenomenal bed side manners super patient and caring. Haven’t had a single issue. Came in for having seizure related issues. Helped me calm down and made sure I was good. Fantastic staff. Definitely recommend. Never had such a good hospital stay at any civilian hospitals this hospital was awesome. Helped me and got me out of there in no time and made sure I was set to go. Kept my dignity in tact when helping me to the restroom, just amazing.
